Total Subjugation, Workplace Harassment, and the Demand for Legal Reform.

This material exposes the true face of the police station chief—a manipulator whose amoral character and continuous infidelities have long been notorious throughout the entire small town. This video reveals the hidden mechanism of severe workplace harassment: abusing his official position, the head of the police station Papis Bela, exerted harsh psychological pressure on his subordinate, Hornyak  Kornelia police sergeant, cynically exploiting her vulnerable perimenopausal period—an age when a woman's psyche is most sensitive—to literally capture her soul and bend her to his will. The footage and the commander's body language clearly betray him acting as the self-proclaimed "master of the situation," escorting the victim from behind while she submissively obeys his orders. The author of the video does not absolve the woman Hornyak Kornelia, who abandoned her children from responsibility, but uncovers a terrifying level of psychological violence and control.

 

Moral Bankruptcy, Psychological Instability, and an Inferiority Complex.

The behavior of this official is a matter of profound concern. The position of chief and official power serve, in his case, merely as tools to compensate for his own deep-seated inferiority complex and internal wretchedness. This predatory, "devouring" behavior toward women and his constant infidelities do not demonstrate genuine strength, but rather a desperate compulsion for self-validation, trying to prove his masculine power. While his wife attempts to preserve family values for their minor children (aged 4 and 8) by allowing him to spend weekends with them, he, driven by an animalistic thirst for sexual gratification, brings an alien mother and wife into the house in the presence of the little ones, deceitfully introducing her as a "colleague." Yet, the true face of this "predator" is unmasked the moment he faces the truth. Instead of a manly stance, we witness a pathetic, amoral spectacle: a psychologically unstable manipulator cowardly hiding behind the backs of his own children. Terrified, he repeats dozens of times that "there are children here!", attempting to wash away his filthy actions and shield himself from public contempt using the souls of his children. This is absolute moral bankruptcy. A man capable of such cowardice and betrayal will commit any official crime tomorrow for his own sake. And this is not mere speculation: to date, two incredibly serious criminal complaints regarding his past unlawful activities have already been filed with the Supreme Prosecution Office. Such people completely spit on the law and morality.

 

The Core Problem: Impunity Within the Law.

Current Hungarian legislation allows such criminals to remain unpunished, as this conduct hovers on the blurred boundary between criminal and civil liability. The active Hungarian Criminal Code (Btk) does not adequately penalize this kind of sophisticated subjugation, allowing thousands of similar "predators" across police stations nationwide to escape accountability. We already possess concrete evidence of similar abuses by at least 15 high-ranking police officers.

 

Just as public solidarity previously achieved the abolition of the statute of limitations for pedophilic crimes, it is now time to put an end to official workplace harassment. This video marks the beginning of a public campaign. We are launching an official petition to the government, demanding the tightening of Hungarian criminal law and the introduction of actual prison sentences for such abuses of power.
